As an international student, I found this super useful. I haven’t had a haircut since arriving here, so your suggestion is really helpful. The layout is also visually appealing, and navigating through the story was smooth. I would suggest adding lines on the map connecting the different locations to the College of Wooster, with the distances labeled. With that addition, your story map would be a guide I’d confidently recommend to any international freshman.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m really glad you found the guide helpful, especially since finding those little conveniences can be a bit tricky in a new place. I love your idea about adding lines and distances on the map to connect each location to the College of Wooster—that would make it so much clearer and practical for everyone. I’ll definitely work on that, Thank you again for your suggestion
As an international student myself, I found this StoryMap incredibly helpful! You put a lot of thought into choosing locations that make a difference for students navigating a new place. The guide is practical, and I imagine it being a great resource for anyone feeling overwhelmed in their first weeks here. I appreciate how it combines essentials with welcoming spaces that help international students feel more at home.
