This podcast was really engaging, and the title immediately grabbed my attention. The calm background music was a great touch and made me want to keep listening. I also like how the music intensified towards the end as you wrapped up.
I enjoy listening to podcasts like this bc having conversations like this are the only way one can help to dismantle these standards, not to mention how the background music helps to make it feel more safe or calming.
